Participation,

These proposed terms describe the planned program operated by jasLab LLC. Applications are closed. They are not an executed participation agreement or media release, and no membership is activated by visiting this page.
Eligibility and enrollment
The planned pilot is limited to 20 selected U.S. residents age 18 or older. Participation is voluntary, with no purchase required and no guaranteed selection. Before beginning, selected applicants will receive written selection, a separate Participation Agreement, exact product assignments and product-use instructions. The check-in schedule, deliverables and completion deadlines will be stated before acceptance.
Products and honest contributions
Each selected participant would receive one complimentary serum and one complimentary cream to document the assigned routine. Honest feedback may be positive, neutral, mixed or unfavorable. Neither visible improvement nor a favorable review is required. Using two products together does not establish which product caused any observed change.
Independent programs
The 21-Day Journey is separate from Journey Partners paid membership. Neither purchase nor membership is required to participate. Completing the journey, submitting feedback or granting media permission does not create a membership or percentage-discount entitlement. Paid membership does not require challenge participation, photos, videos, reviews or marketing permission.
Stopping product use
Stop using a product if irritation or another safety concern occurs and contact JAS Lab. Honest final feedback and the remaining contribution reasonably possible without further use can provide an alternative completion route. An adverse experience does not disqualify a participant. Marketing permission remains optional, and stopping use or withdrawing that permission does not cancel a separately purchased membership.
Separate media permission
An interest choice is not a signature or permission to publish. A separate release would become effective only after signature, written selection, acceptance of the Participation Agreement and shipment of the products. Before use, participants would affirmatively approve a Content Selection Notice identifying exact files, channels, any permitted identifiers and the license dates. Permission would cover only that approved content, not private skin answers, reaction reports or an entire Mirror account.
The proposed license is nonexclusive, for JAS Lab promotion on approved channels, for three years from approval of each Content Selection Notice unless ended earlier. Participants retain ownership. Unrelated brands receive no independent advertising rights. No beauty filters or misleading edits may change the meaning or appearance of the experience. Public endorsements must disclose complimentary products and any other actual material connection clearly; video disclosures should be visible and spoken.
Withdrawing marketing permission
The proposed release permits requests to stop future marketing use at jaslabbeauty@gmail.com. It provides for pausing new publication and promptly stopping paid advertising after an identifiable request, then removing controlled digital marketing within 30 calendar days or sooner if required by law. Previously delivered emails or printed materials and independent reposts cannot always be recalled. Withdrawal does not cancel a separately purchased membership or require return of complimentary products. These procedures must be operational before a release is offered for signature.
Privacy choices
Program acceptance, marketing email consent, collection of skin information, any required sharing consent, and media permission will be separate choices. The public website currently accepts no Journey application, signature, photo or video upload. Before those features open, notices must explain the actual providers, access, retention and deletion practices. The separate Mirror development test is not public enrollment and is not covered by the website Early Access privacy notice.
