Scope of this notice

Journey Partners paid enrollment is closed. This website does not currently collect membership payments or activate recurring subscriptions. Membership billing and account privacy information will be provided before paid enrollment opens.

This notice covers the public website, product Early Access signup and messages you send us. Journey applications, signatures and media uploads are not open on this website. Joining Early Access is not a Journey application and gives no permission to use your image or story in marketing. The separate Mirror development test uses account and progress features outside the scope of this notice; do not rely on this website notice as its privacy policy.

Information you provide

When you join Early Access, we collect your email address, your optional name, the formulas you select, and the date and time of your consent. If you contact us, we also receive the information you include in your message.

Technical information

Our hosting provider processes standard request information, such as network address and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. When you submit the Early Access form, we use the network address and browser user agent to create a one-way abuse-prevention identifier. Our rate-limit table stores that identifier, a time window, and an attempt count—not the raw network address or user agent.

How we use information

We use this information to maintain the Early Access list, send requested launch and product updates, provide the promised launch thank-you, respond to questions, prevent abuse, and operate and protect the website.

Service providers

We use service providers to host the website and its database and to deliver signup notifications to Jas Lab. Formspree processes signup-notification data for this purpose. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Browser storage

We use essential local and session browser storage to remember whether you dismissed website notices. We do not currently use optional analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing messages using the unsubscribe option included in those messages. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing jaslabbeauty@gmail.com.

Retention and security

We keep Early Access information while the list remains active and as reasonably needed for customer service, security, and legal obligations. The rate-limit identifier is used in a short abuse-prevention window, and older entries are cleaned up during later form activity. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

The website and Early Access list are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit information for a child under 13.
